Purpose & Justification
We need investment to accelerate Creed's growth and not only do we not want to raise for Creed directly but also we want to build other security products. So the need for another umbrella corp is not only justified but urgent.

We will be working with the Day One team at least until we finalize the incorporation and raise for Rebellion.
