33Audits - 90-Day Partnership Trial

33Audits | Creed Partnership Proposal

September 29, 2025

Executive Summary

33Audits is excited for the opportunity to join Creed in a 90-day trial period to help determine the long-term direction of the collective. This trial would set the foundation for a partnership in which we can continue growing the Creed brand while preserving the collaborative, trust-based culture that defines the DAO.

Creed Membership

33Audits leadership Lee Faria and Eric Cayce propose joining Creed for a three-month period, after which a more permanent membership will be decided. During this trial period, we are expected to participate in governance, acting as provisional members of Creed.

Role Integration

Through internal voting, Eric would be added as a Sage with Account Manager responsibilities at the initiation of the trial period. Lee would represent 33Audits (a current Creed member) as a Paladin/Auditor, assuming the defined responsibilities and contributing to client project efforts on behalf of Creed.

Compensation Structure

The trial period compensation structure provides a fixed monthly salary of $6,000 for Eric in the Sage role. This salary would be paid from treasury reserves as operational expenses.

Lee would be rewarded for completed client projects following the compensation model for Paladins outlined in the Creed Playbook.

Success Metrics

Total Revenue Target: $50K Over 90 Days

  • Generate $50,000 in total revenue during the trial period through combined client acquisition and delivery efforts

  • Allows for onboarding period and collaborative development of business processes over the entire trial period

New Client Acquisition: Three New Audit Clients

  • 33Audits expected to successfully close 3 new audit clients from combined lead sources

  • Creed's current members will provide a minimum of 10 qualified leads

  • 33Audits may contribute additional leads from their network if they choose to

Governance Participation: 90%+ Engagement

  • Active participation in governance calls with clear agendas and action items

  • Consistent engagement in DAO voting processes and proposal discussions

  • Regular communication through established channels with transparent progress reporting

Team Building: Pipeline Development

  • Identify 1-2 potential Paladin candidates from 33Audits' network and bring them on as provisional Paladins

    • These Paladins would perform work under 33Audits, and would only be made official Paladins after the 90 day trial

Conclusion

The 90-day trial structure is a way for us to work together for a 3-month period and discover if this is the right fit for both Creed and 33Audits. We want to collaborate with the current Creed team, participate in engagements together, learn from each other, and determine our alignment on future goals. We look forward to contributing to Creed's continued success and industry impact through this partnership.

I was under the impression that 33audits was going to fully fold into Creed? Does the one-sided lead sharing mean that 33audits continues to operate independently of Creed?

If that’s the case then 33audits is just another Paladin and I’m not entirely sure why we’re hiring another sage.
If not, then I think sharing leads bidirectionally makes more sense.

This would be decided after the 90-day trial period. If we both agree that moving forward is the best decision, then yes, 33Audits would be dissolved, and then we’d take over Creed and push Creed as our primary auditing “brand” meaning that any leads we got at that point would be sent to Creed as 33Audits would no longer exist.

In terms of the proposal we believe its better for us to come on as a Sage/Paladin for the 90 days and work with leads coming from Creed as that makes the most sense for the trial. Bringing in our current clients for the 90 days doesn’t make sense as we’re not sure yet if we’ll move forward and it would just confuse things.

Post trial, yes, we’d be not only operating solely under the Creed name but any of our current clients, and future clients would all be handled under Creed and 33Audits would be fully dissolved.

Cheers, Lee and Eric for considering a test run!

  • What do you need to see during the trial to be convinced to take over?
  • What's the idea with the current treasury during and after the trial period?

Side note about giving up the brand 33audits:
What's the idea behind giving up 33audits brand? As I understand there is already value in the brand given it's listed on several whitelist programs like Uniswap, etc. Wouldn't it make more sense for the front face to keep the brand alive as lead source and be transparent that 33audits is a paladin of the creed collective?
